RARE Releases New Raving Record!
Bringing All Dat Noise from Baton Rouge, Louisiana is none other than rising rapper, RARE! The Louisiana-bred lyricist makes his return with the brand-new release of his single, “Hit The Road“.
Inspired young, RARE and his grandmother moved to Greensburg, a small rural community an hour from Baton Rouge, when he was just nine years old. As a result, he developed his passion for music and began honing his craft. When he was a kid, the family would have cookouts, and he liked the idea that when their favorite music starts playing, everyone can put their problems aside for the next three to four minutes. This consequently increased his musical momentum. In that moment, he made the decision that he would be the voice and inspiration behind other people’s enjoyment moving forward.
RARE had never really taken music seriously before he was shot in October 2020, not long after the birth of his daughter. At the time, his music was more of a hobby rather than a means of support. After the shooting, he came to the realization that life is too short, and he didn’t want to waste the gift that God had given him. Since then, he has launched his career and started planning his strategy to dominate the rap game.
