Rapper Logic’s “retirement” seems to be short-lived. Just days after announcing his step-down from music, the musician signed a deal with streaming platform Twitch. Logic will be Twitch’s first official music partner. “Logic will stream weekly on his Twitch channel which will include a mixture of in-studio sessions, special guests, AMA style formats, and gaming,” wrote the company.
In an interview with The Verge, Logic said, “I’m not this rapper guy, man. I’m just a nerd. I love video games. I’m blessed enough to have millions of fans and followers. So it is a great partnership.”
His first Twitch stream is set for Tuesday, July 21st at 5pm ET, when he will also debut some new songs off of his upcoming album.
