Haiti-American, Maryland born rhymer Kase Cobain is often imitated but never duplicated. His musical aspirations began at a young age enabling him to soon begin recording and releasing music by middle school. With a few project and single releases throughout his music career kicked off with his debut project, High, Fresh & Educated, he’s kept momentum.
In recent years, Kase released his first major release which is available on all major platforms titled, The Surreal Tape in addition to launching his own independent record label None Of A Kind. As he prepares to drop his next major release C’est La Vie, it’s clear that Kase and the None Of A Kind team will be climbing and taking over the charts in no time!
Kase recently released the visual to his latest single, “Shot Please.” The new highly energetic and eye catching music video brings fans a variety of clips showcasing the cultural impact of Washington, DC and its DMV nightlife. The vibrant yet intriguing cinematic visual explores the creativity and imagination of Kase and what growing up in the DMV is like. While the video pays tribute to the creative developments in the region, it also pays homage to a few of hip-hop’s favorite emcees by the likes of A$AP Rocky, Kid Cudi, and Yeezy himself – Kanye West.
The video release of “Shot please” is just the kick off of a long musical chain of releases as he gears up to drop his untitled forthcoming project slated to drop late 2019. Although there isn’t currently any details regarding the upcoming project, Kase made sure to not leave his fans waiting. Check out the “Shot Please” video below.
