The collection is inspired by a “business casual” aesthetic.
This morning, Virgil Abloh’s Off-White label presented its Fall/Winter 2018 collection during Paris Men’s Fashion Week. The clothing mixed traditional tailoring and more informal sartorial choices for an interesting “Business Casual” selection.
The more casual pieces were represented in the puffa jackets, twisted polos/T-shirts, as well as a full-on GORE-TEX tracksuit, which helped ground the collection in a more street aesthetic.
T-shirts were emblazoned with references to the Beastie Boys, pieces with quotation marked captions, i.e “SCARF,” as well as a continuation of the brand’s collaboration with Timberland.
The collection was presented in front of a some of the top designers of the creative world, such as Miguel, Alexander Wang, Takashi Murakami and Luca Sabbat all sat front row.
